· We are unable to deliver the committed Service, and
· You raise a refund request within:
o the timelines specified in the relevant MOU or
Refunds will not be processed if:
· You fail to raise a request within the stipulated time;
· Work has already begun or deliverables have been shared;
· The refund relates to third-party or non-refundable expenses.
Refund determination is at the Company’s discretion, subject to fairness and contractual terms.
